For the past few years, I've made a vision board for the coming year and I don't know if sharing it on the internet for all the world to see is considered back luck- hope not! The new year always makes me sentimental (it's the Cancer in me) & the fact that it's now a new decade was a double whammy.

I'm always thrilled when November rolls around because we're getting into the nitty gritty of autumn, drinking apple cider & PSLs on  the daily.

PLUS there's Thanksgiving and the fact that Christmas creeps closer each day. For some this might be torture to think about, but I thrive on this season!

June happens to be one of my favorite months. It's the beginning of summer & my birthday month (that I get to share with Pride!) plus it's the middle of the year- the perfect time to take inventory of where you're at & reflect. Go on new adventures, wear new outfits, etc. etc.

Ah, September. With the beginning of the autumn months brings a sense of change: change in tone counting down to the holiday season, change in weather, change in fashion.  For me I tend to drift towards darker colors in the cooler months, hence the theme of September's mood board.

Today was meant to be an outfit post, (don't worry, it'll come) but I'm into mood boards as ever & the autumnal vibes everywhere are making me feel some type of way. (is that still a thing we say??)

Pretty In Pastel

I've always been a pastel kinda gal, so lucky for me that pastels have really been trending, especially with the colors of the year. I feel like they're always kind of in style, but it's at a peak at the moment. (fashion is just a circle of cycles, after all) I especially adore pastel hair, of any kind.

Mood Board Vol. 6 | Soft

Seeing Shelby's lovely mood boards gave me an idea to go into a bit more depth with mine. (thanks for the inspo, Shelby!)
SO. What have I been listening to lately? My spring playlist, The 1975's newest album, (I'm not gonna write the title because it's Fall Out Boy-length), & Chaos and the Calm by James Bay. (I need to get both of those albums on vinyl asap) 
Watching: Grey's. All the time. I somehow survived that death & I'm on this season now! (thanks hulu's free trail) so I think once I'm all caught up I'm FINALLY gonna start Fuller House. 
Every year when Coachella rolls around I have to fight the FOMO (I can't believe I just used that in a sentence) but I feel like these last few years it's become less and less about the music & more about the outfits? Don't get me wrong, I love the outfits. (minus the inevitable appropriation that happens, but I digress) But it's a MUSIC FESTIVAL. Am I alone in this thought?
On another note, Taylor Swift's platinum hair is something I didn't know I needed until we had it. What do you think about it?
