There's a meme that goes around every year, around three weeks prior to Thanksgiving, that goes something like "Thanksgiving is three weeks away, y'all got your outfits you're gonna wear to the living room yet?" And you know what?

AN EASY THANKSGIVING LOOK

If you’ve seen those memes that are like ‘have you picked out your thanksgiving outfit to go into the kitchen in yet’, that’s me (& this post) in a nutshell. Much like the coveted first day of school outfit (ah, remember the hollister skirts?) the thanksgiving look is v important. 

WHAT TO WEAR ON THANKSGIVING

The Thanksgiving outfit always feels like a conundrum. Do you wear a dress? Leggings-- or to quote joey tribbiani-- 'thanksgiving pants,' A scarf?? OMG I DON'T KNOW.

BUT, I do think there's something to be said about a simple sweater + skirt look that's perfectly autumnal, and gives a little eating room. The key to thanksgiving looks is comfort, and I think this gives off that vibe well.

Some booties are my favorite way to top off this look, and BAM. Time to eat.

MONDAY STYLE VOLUME 002: WHAT TO WEAR ON THANKSGIVING

Oh hey, babes, happy Monday! With Thanksgiving a week & a half away, it's time to start thinking outfits. It's hard for me to wear anything other than leggings each year because to me they're my own, as Joey Tribbiani puts it, Thanksgiving pants. They give ya a little ROOM, ya know what I mean? BUT you can always get away with a pretty skirt & tights.

This year I'm digging the turtleneck vibes. Cosy, chic, & simple. Pair with a long necklace and voila!
