There have been quite a few rainy days in these parts lately, so I thought I'd compile a little list of things you can do when you can't go outside.

1// Do your nails. Because we'll take any excuse.

2// Dive into a new book. Got any books on your shelves you've been meaning to start? A new addition to your Kindle library? 

3// Make a fun drink. Pinterest it up.

4// Organize your closet.... you know it's been haunting you.

5// Start a blog. Or just read some!

6// Do a little online shopping. Never hurt anybody.

7// Catch up on your workouts. Youtube those routines and turn your living room into the gym.

8// Take advantage. Binge watch some Netflix, snuggle up with some coffee..... recharge a bit.

Influenster | CoverGirl Super Sizer Mascara + Intensify Me Liner

I received these products complementary from Influenster for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.

I recently received one of Influenster's latest voxboxes featuring two new CoverGirl products, The Super Sizer Mascara and Intensify Me! liquid liner by LashBlast.

The liner's formula is unique, as it has a paddle-shaped tip, almost like a pencil, but goes on just like a regular liquid liner. You can get two looks with the liner: simple or dramatic.

If you use the fatter side of the tip you'll end up with a very dramatic line that's perfect for smoky or night looks, and I like using the thinner side for my wings. 

It's not something I'd use as an everyday liner, but it's definitely good if you're going for that added intensity. 

I'm seriously digging the Super Sizer mascara. The wand has these cool little combs that makes it easy to make sure every single lash gets volume. Using the flat side of the base, twirl the wand like normal and your lashes are instantly filled.

It can seem a little intimidating at first, but once you work your own little tricks in, your lashes will look amazing. This is perfect for those times you want the look of falsies without actually having to deal with them.

I've even found that putting on my Rimmel ScandalEyes right after gives maximum results that I love. 

The more I use this mascara, the more impressed I am by it!

I've searched high and low for a specific release date for these babies, but NO LUCK.

But they should be out very soon, if not already, so you can get fab lashes + wings just in time for those long summer nights.

Recent Record Additions

Every now and then I'll get some new records to add to my little collection I've got going, and I thought I'd share my latest additions with you.

When I found out that the Clueless soundtrack was released on vinyl for the 20th anniversary I immediately whipped out my credit card. It is one of my favorite movies and all. 

Although it's missing a couple of pivotal songs, like the ending scene's "Tenderness," it gives all the movie vibes and I love it.

I dig Arctic Monkeys a lot, but the only vinyl I'd owned before this addition was AM. {Which is a phenomenal album}

Suck It And See is classic Arctic Monkeys vibes for me- ya know, red lipstick, leather vest.....

The first time I heard MisterWives was on a HelloKaty video and I was hooked. I love their indie sounds and Mandy Lee's vocals are killer. 

I felt like their debut album would sound pretty great on my record player.... I was right.
