THE ONLY GRAPHIC TEE YOU NEED

Wednesday, July 19, 2017

I think the universe is against me. I finally shoot this outfit for y'all & THE SHIRT IS SOLD OUT!

Life, man, always unpredictable.

Coffee & GG are never unpredictable, though. They're always there when you need them, many times intertwined.

Anyway, on the outfit:

Y'all know I love a good graphic tee look, & pairing it with a denim skirt seems to just do it for me. It's kind of a more 'professional' take on the tee.. although are you ever really too old for fun sayings on a shirt? I don't think so.

Two Ingredient YUMMY Iced Coffee

Monday, July 11, 2016

I've been looking for a way to perfect an easy iced coffee recipe for quite some time, because let's be real: there are few things more beautiful than a cup of iced coffee at any given time.
I came across this coffee concentrate (NOT sponsored, just love) & I knew I needed to try it. Iced caramel macchiato? Yes please. The best part? All you need to add is milk. THAT'S IT. Two ingredients (besides ice, obviously) & you're good to go!
Once the concentrate & milk (I'll try almond milk with it soon) are mixed, you're left with a soft blend that tastes just as good as a coffee shop.
FOR REAL. Easiest iced coffee recipe on the planet? Maybe.
Thanks, coffee concentrate. What would the world do without you?
Lemme know your diy coffee tricks!

If we were having coffee

Thursday, October 23, 2014

I've seen a number of "virtual coffee date" posts before, but I've never actually done one. I feel like I'm chatting with you over coffee anyway, so I've decided to expand on it. So let's chat, shall we?

If we were having coffee... I'd have a pumpkin spice latte because it just feels wrong to have anything else this time of year.

I'd ask you how you're doing, really doing.

I'd tell you how much I'm ready for Christmas, even though it's not even Halloween.

Speaking of Halloween, I'd ask you if you've gotten a costume figured out yet.

I'd tell you how indescribably excited I am for Taylor Swift's new album next week.

I'd tell you about the crazy things Stevie does, like attempting to murder grasshoppers and pretending the kitchen table is actually monkey bars. {Yeah, that happened once}

I'd tell you that the unemployed life really kinda sucks.

I'd tell you that re-watching One Tree Hill makes me think deep stuff about life and the future, and I'd ask you why that is, even though I'd know you don't know the answer. And then I'd probably talk about my Lucas and Peyton feels. oops.

I'd tell you that the Dallas Cowboys are 6-1 for the first time since 2007! and I don't wanna jinx anything buuuut...

I'd tell you that I wish making new friends in real life was as easy as making blogging friends.

I'd tell you that I'm reading Where She Went, the sequel to If I Stay and it's one of those heart-wrenching in a good way books. Cue more talk about those feels. Then I'd ask if you've read any of those kinds of books lately.

What would you tell me if we were having coffee?

A new name

Sunday, January 5, 2014

The idea came to me in the shower. (Is it just me, or is that when all the best ideas happen??) It was one of those things that just clicked and I was like, "this is it." I had been thinking about changing my blog name for awhile. I mean, I love Kaeleen Michelle, it being my name and all, but I kind of wanted something that reflected more of what the blog is about. I want it to be an inspiration and even kind of like a virtual coffee date. And also, I really love coffee.

So that's where the coffee part of the name comes from, and the dignity part comes from one of my favorite Bible verses, Proverbs 31:25.
{via me}

This verse is what I aspire to be, and what I think we should all aspire to be. What a way to live, without fear of what may come. With nothing but dignity and strength, through whatever life may hand you. So this is it, With Dignity & Coffee is this little blog's new name. Because really, all you need is Jesus, strength, dignity, and a little bit of coffee.

xoxo, Kae.
