Autumn has just barely hit Texas, sure, but we need to talk about the coat.
It's a staple that's always worth investing in, whatever that means to you. For me, it's finding a functional yet stylish piece that will get you through many a-winter. This will be my third autumn/winter in this coat, (oh, old posts) and although I may invest again, this little babe has been with me through it all.
When you invest in a coat, you have the future in mind. (Much like with any piece) Is it functional for your climate? What about if you travel? Is it a ~trend~ or something you'll still be satisfied with come next season? Maybe you WANT a trend, & that's okay. INVEST!
